DIRECTIONS TO LITCHFIELD

Marrin Santore REALTY LLC is located on the Litchfield Green in Cobble Court directly  behind the 3W Restaurant and Blue Bar at the corner of Route 202 and Route 63.  There are entrances to Cobble Court on South Street and on West Street.  
   
FROM BOSTON
Follow toward I-91 West, take Exit 9 (Hartford). Stay to the left after tollbooth. Continue toward Hartford on Route I-84 West and through Hartford to Exit 39 to Route 4 West (Farmington). Continue on Route 4 through Unionville, turn left toward Burlington/Harwinton. At light after Harwinton center, continue straight on Route 118 West to Litchfield Center (approximately 5 miles).  At the top of the hill, bear to the left of the fork.  You will notice the 3W Restaurant across the street in brick building on the corner.  Our office is behind that brick building.

FROM BRADLEY AIRPORT
Follow signs toward I-91, Hartford-Springfield very briefly.  Do not get on I-91 - take right Exit for Route 20 to Granby. Continue on Route 20 to Route 219.  Turn left on Route 219 to Winsted (ignore junction with Route 179). Stay on Route 219 until junction with Route 318. Bear right at Route 318 and continue on  this winding, scenic road to Route 44. Turn right on Route 44 toward Winsted and then left onto Route 8 South toward Torrington. Take Exit 42 (Harwinton-Litchfield); bear right then left onto Route 118 to Litchfield Center (approximately 5 miles).  At the top of the hill, bear to the left of the fork.  You will notice the 3W Restaurant across the street in  brick building on the corner.  Our office is behind that brick building.

FROM NEW YORK CITY - EASTSIDE
Follow Major Deegan to New York Thruway to I-287 East to I-684 North. Take I-84 East through Danbury to Exit 7 (Route 7) to New Milford to Route 202 West to Litchfield. Once in Litchfield Center, the business district is on your right and The Green traverses the center of town.  Proceed on West Street to the eastern end of The Green.  A cobblestone passageway to Cobble Court is located between the last two buildings.

FROM NEW YORK CITY - WESTSIDE
Follow West Side Highway (becomes Henry Hudson Parkway/Saw Mill River Parkway) to end. Merge into I-684 North. Take I-84 East through Danbury to Exit 7 (Route 7) to New Milford to Route 202 West to Litchfield. Once in Litchfield Center, the business district is on your right and The Green traverses the center of town.  Proceed on West Street to the eastern end of The Green.  A cobblestone passageway to Cobble Court is located between the last two buildings on your right.

OR:
Rather than taking Exit 7 in Danbury, continue on I-84 East to Waterbury, take left Exit (Exit 19) to Torrington (Route 8 North). Take Exit 38 in Thomaston, turn left at end of Exit, stay straight then turn left on Route 254 to Litchfield, left on Route 118 into Litchfield center. At the top of the hill, bear to the left of the fork.  You will notice the 3W Restaurant across the street in  brick building on the corner.  Our office is behind that brick building.
